Welcome to Conteenua. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Conteenua ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at conteenua.com (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Our application uses several third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and services to provide functionality. These include, but are not limited to:

  • OpenAI - Used for generating AI-powered avatar interactions and personalized content. When you interact with your life category avatars, your inputs are processed by OpenAI to generate contextually appropriate responses and motivation.
  • ElevenLabs - Used for voice synthesis to give your avatars unique voices during interactions.
  • Supabase - Used for database storage, user authentication, and data management. Your user profile, goals, habits, and progress data are stored in our Supabase database.
  • Fal.ai - Used for AI image generation to create personalized avatar appearances and visual content.
  • Analytics Services - We may use analytics tools to understand app usage patterns and improve our service.
  • Error Tracking Services - We may use error tracking services to identify and fix issues in our application.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We carefully select our service providers and require them to protect your information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

10. AI Usage & Data Processing

Conteenua uses artificial intelligence extensively to power its core adaptive planning and life organization features. Here's how AI is used within our app:

  • Avatar Generation - Your preferences and onboarding responses are used to generate personalized life category avatars (Health, Career, Relationships, etc.) with unique appearances and personalities.
  • Motivational Content - AI generates personalized motivational messages, goal suggestions, and progress celebrations based on your activity and preferences.
  • Voice Synthesis - Your avatars speak with AI-generated voices to provide a more immersive experience.
  • Progress Analysis - AI analyzes your goal progress and habit patterns to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Content Moderation - AI helps filter and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines.

We implement multiple safeguards to protect your data during AI processing:

  • Content filtering to prevent generation of harmful or inappropriate content
  • Safety Mode enabled by default to ensure appropriate avatar interactions
  • Minimizing personal identifiable information sent to AI services
  • Secure data transmission and processing protocols
  • No permanent storage of your personal conversations by third-party AI services

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
